This Camp is for Riders with 2 or more years of formal riding lessons who are ready to challenge themselves, to step up their riding abilities. Campers will have the opportunity to finish camp by competing in one of Sweetwater's county level shows. For campers not interested in competing, other activities are offered at the show such as grooming, handing out ribbons, working in the food stand, etc. During the week, lessons will be taught on the flat and over fences. Proper effective equitation will be the focus. Horsemanship and Stable management lessons will be taught each day, giving campers practical experience for becoming an accomplished horse person.
